House Sales in Northern Ireland jumped by 20% in the last quarter according to the latest University of Ulster House Price Survey produced in partnership with the Bank of Ireland & NIHE. The average house price is now £129,777 and the increase in sales provides "considerable confidence" that the market is in recovery.
