Average House Price now at £123,000

House prices have jumped by almost eight per cent in the last 12 months, latest figures show.

Figures released by the Office for National Statistics show that the average house price in Northern Ireland now stands at £123,000, representing an annual increase of 7.8 per cent. (October 2016)
